Fostering New Behavior

Space efficiencies gained from open-office workstations allowed the integration of river-facing public amenity spaces such as a community lounge, kitchen, and multi-purpose room. New café-height community tables and adjustable-height worksurfaces allow for healthy movement, collaboration, and spontaneous interaction between floors and departments.
