MHEC is a nonprofit purchasing consortium established in 1977.  MHEC members include non-profit public and private institutions of higher education, technical, charter and vocational schools, municipalities including elementary and secondary schools, preparatory schools, and educational non-profit organizations located within the New England region. 

Contract period is August 1, 2020 thru July 31, 2025.
