AARDEX
Aardex, a property development company specializing in lean construction, designed their Signature Centre to be the first LEED-CS Platinum-certified commercial building in the United States. In addition, Aardex literally wrote the book User Efftective™ Buildings, a set of recommendations that creates the standard for utilizing innovative ideas in workplace design and planning to improve employee productivity, satisfaction, and retention. Selecting Allsteel furniture became an important component to showcase both green building techniques and this unique approach to workplace design.
AMCORE Profile
This space features a mix of both Allsteel and Gunlocke products for sophisticated and traditional yet flexible and up-to-date open plan and private offices. And the benefits of a strong Allsteel relationship are perfectly clear to AMCORE. Everything from space planning and design to installation and asset management were handled by the dealer.

The Atlanta-based American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) is known for advancing technology and promoting a more sustainable world through research, standards writing, publishing, and continuing education.
Cemcon
Consolidating three facilities into one corporate headquarters gave CEMCON the opportunity to create a new, flexible, open workplace. Moving from buildings with inflexible enclosed offices, the CEMCON facility manager comments, "Who needs four walls when you’ve got ultimate flexibility, room to grow, and abundant natural light?"
Creative Memories
Creative Memories believes that a workplace should do more than just facilitate productivity: it should establish a work community and a warm, welcoming, showroom-like environment. This customer found that Allsteel had the products to execute their strategy.
DIRECTV
A smaller, more efficient floorplan was made visually exciting with an inspiring mix of fabric, a Landscape surface, and custom material. This is a feel-good work environment that reflects the creativity of its users.
FANDANGO
This space features a mix of Allsteel Stride panels and desking with Gunlocke Silea casegoods, creating an open, collaborative setting for Fandango's corporate headquarters in Los Angeles.
FGA Federal Government Agency
The largest GSA contact in Allsteel history required a very aggressive timeline for the 85 truckloads of furniture. The project demaned complex specifications, with extensive data and electrical requirements, fully powered spine walls with beltline power, and non-powered wing walls with off-modular capabilities.
Hillsboro Statement
LRS Architects designed the Hillsboro, Oregon, Civic Center, City Project and Housing in downtown Hillsboro - an intricate complex on three city blocks spanning a light rail line. The centerpiece will be the City Hall and adjoining plazas, and will feature 120 units of affordable and market-priced apartments, commercial offices, and 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The intent of this development is to not only consolidate numerous city agencies, but to provide a cultural center for Hillsboro residents and visitors. The large outdoor plazas will be pedestrian-friendly and house public events such as concerts, holiday activities, and the city’s Farmer’s Market. Gross square footage of the entire project will total 358,800 sq. ft., with estimated completion by spring, 2005. LRS has designed the City Hall to achieve a Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification.
